I aim to nurture communities and grow professionals. On my professional journey for almost 20 years, I've been serving companies as a software engineer, an ITSM consultant and an Agile practitioner. I'm passionate about professional coaching, design thinking and designing adaptive organisations.

I've come to a point in my career where there is a strong need to give back and contribute to the community. I fulfil these by coaching, mentoring Agile practitioners and hosting professional meetups.

Professionalism is one of the values that I deeply hold dear. My learning is never-ending and everything I got I'm trying to convert into something that I can share with the world.

Here are some initiatives I drive (or will happen soon):

- promote professional Scrum by hosting Singapore Scrum Patterns meetups

- help those who seek clarity and want to be heard at The Listening Space. Professional coaching is an essential part of my work and I'm getting goosebumps every time I see the real potential of my clients.

- mentoring of Agile practitioners: I've created an approach that helps Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Agile leaders to boost their professional growth and bring forward their career aspirations.

- peer supervision sessions: Agile practitioners have a lot of wisdom. We work together and we can grow together. Peer supervision coaching helps us to reflect on our skill application and hone it in a safe space. Details of this are coming soon.
