A question from the book

What can we now
promise — and why?

For leaders & practitioners

About the book.

The book examines software delivery under AI acceleration: how to read the evidence, act on constraints and assess whether a change helped. It connects the detail of delivery work with the organisational decisions made from it.

It is written for technology and delivery leaders, and for the practitioners who operate the underlying measurements. The leadership task is to understand what the evidence permits, who owns the decision and when a confident answer needs more scrutiny.

  • Where is the work or judgement now waiting?
  • What would show that the system improved?
  • How does an operational gain connect to a business benefit?
  • What must leadership change for honest reporting to remain possible?
